Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for orders over $49.00 within the contiguous United States only. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international orders.

Local delivery is available for orders over $800.00 within a 50-mile radius of our warehouse.

Local pickup is available for all orders by prior arrangement, with no handling charge.

Items marked “Local Pickup Only”, including but not limited to tires, tool boxes, steel wheels, and oversized items, are not eligible for free shipping.

Return Policy

All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date the order was received.

Returned items must be:

New and unused
Undamaged
Unmounted
In the original box or packaging

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to a wrong item, missing item, shipping damage, or other order discrepancy.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

International shipments are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If an item has been discontinued, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days.

Wrong items, missing items, shipping damage, or other discrepancies must be reported immediately. Claims will not be honored after 7 business days from the date the order was received.

We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee if the return is not shipped within 7 business days after the RMA number is issued.

Return Merchandise Authorization — RMA

An RMA number and item number are required for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Shipping Procedure

Please follow these steps:

Include a copy of the original invoice or related billing email inside the return package.
Write the RMA number and item number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the return item with a tracking number.
The return package must be postmarked within 7 business days after you receive the RMA number.

Packages without the RMA number and item number written on the outside may be returned to sender unopened.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed with an incorrect price, rebate, refund, incorrect information, or typographical error.

We may refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the payment has been charged.

If your payment has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your original payment method for the amount charged.
